DATA & PRIVACY
Our AI processes candidate resumes to extract skills and experience for matching purposes, but never uses this data to train AI models. For question generation, the AI only accesses skill names, role context, and difficulty levels.
No. We do not use any candidate data to train public AI models. Your data remains private and secure within your own tenant environments.
Data is processed in secure cloud environments (AWS/Azure) located in major global regions. All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.

We allow teams to set objective knock-out criteria, but the AI itself does not 'filter out' candidates without human-defined rules.
SCREENING & PROCTORING
We offer optional AI-assisted proctoring to detect suspicious activity, but final reviews are handled by human administrators.
During assessments, we may analyze tab-switching or copy-paste behavior to ensure test integrity, while respecting candidate privacy.
If enabled, we can provide transcriptions and key highlight summaries, but we do not perform emotional or facial sentiment analysis.
